FOUNDING PARTNER - DR. ANDREW MANSON
Dr Andrew Manson has over 25 years’ experience in the tobacco and nicotine industry specialising in harm reduction, innovation, new product development, consumer insights, and regulation. He developed and delivered the scientific business case that led to the incorporation of smokeless products as potential reduced risk products into the BAT portfolio, and as Regional Product Manager for Europe, had direct responsibility for the competitive quality of smokeless products in Europe.
He has a deep knowledge of consumer needs, through the design and participation in consumer evaluation of novel nicotine products, and understands the key design parameters and testing for launching successful nicotine products.

Rasmus Pagh is former CEO and Operations director for BAT Sweden with a master’s degree in molecular biology, and over 15 years’ experience in the novel nicotine, and oral tobacco products business. He is a sensory expert, with deep practical knowledge of all aspects of running a successful nicotine pouch manufacturing business; building up a white nicotine pouch business and brands EPOK and LYFT, launching in Sweden, Norway, Denmark, UK and Switzerland and increasing sales volumes from 20 million cans/annum to 46 million cans/annum in 2 years
He also had a key role in transferring the Swedish white pouch technology to Reynolds America which is now the basis for the brand VELO
